Guofan XIONG is a graphic and multimedia designer and a PhD student at the EDESTA doctoral school, INREV research team, at Univerity Paris 8, under the supervision of Chu-Yin Chen and the co-direction of Sophie Daste. He is also a GoD|Art group member between 2016 and 2019, then Spatial Media between 2019 and 2022 at EnsADLab. His dissertation, entitled: Recreation of Poetic forms with Game Art devices. The design of video game installations, which are both poetic and artistic in an exhibition space. The adaptation and transformation of literary forms of poetry into gameplay. The exploration of the expressive dimension of gameplay in traditional and video games and the playability of literary forms.
